Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between SLP and RLM?
With a standard load profile (SLP), consumption is usually read once a year – typically up to 100,000 kWh of electricity or 1.5 million kWh of gas a year. Above that, demand is usually measured every 15 minutes (RLM). If you don't know, simply choose “I don't know”.
Do I have to cancel my contract myself?
Not in advance. Whether and when you can switch depends on your current contract. We clarify this with you before you decide – usually the new supplier handles the cancellation.
Is there a switching bonus for business customers?
No. We don't offer a bonus for business customers – we make the contact and support you personally.
Does the request cost me anything?
No, the request is free and non-binding. You'll find out what a contract costs before any agreement.
